  2. Valid point, Alice. Sometimes our good intentions can come back to bite us in the fanny. I don't personally know any more about Titania Nanoparticle Spray than this article presents but I do find the whole notion of creating a GIANT outdoor air filter intriguing. Add in the enourmous blasts of water and I find myself considering a visit, once construction is finished. It's quirky, and yet has function.
